2. Products and Pricing
Product Description: We make every effort to display the colors, grades (e.g., 4 Suta, 6 Suta), and quality of our Makhana and superfoods as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to natural variations in agricultural produce.
Pricing:
Retail: Prices displayed for retail packs are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Wholesale: Bulk pricing is subject to market fluctuations. We reserve the right to adjust wholesale rates based on current market conditions before order confirmation.
Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.
3. Orders and Payments
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors).
Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets through our trusted payment partners.
Wholesale Payments: For large B2B orders, specific payment terms (such as advance deposit) may apply as communicated by our sales team.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Timeline: We strive to dispatch retail orders within 24-48 hours. Wholesale/Bulk order dispatch timelines will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
Delays: Supixa is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
Inspection: Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
5. Returns and Refunds Policy
Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of food products (Makhana, seeds, etc.), we do not accept returns for “change of mind.”
Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refunds: Upon verification of a valid claim, we will issue a refund or a replacement. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the Supixa logo, text, graphics, product images, and software, is the property of Supixa and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Supixa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
