At Supixa, we are committed to delivering the freshest Makhana from the farms of Bihar directly to your doorstep. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
1. Shipping Scope
We currently ship to all pin codes in India. (“For international orders, please contact our support team directly.”)
2. Processing Time (Dispatch)
Retail Orders: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing the order (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Wholesale/Bulk Orders: Large volume orders may take 2-4 business days to process for quality checks, packaging, and arranging transport logistics.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Metro Cities: 3 – 5 Business Days.
Rest of India: 5 – 7 Business Days.
J&K / North East India: 7 – 10 Business Days.
Remote/Rural Areas: May take slightly longer depending on courier connectivity.
Note: Delivery times may be affected during festivals, natural calamities, or courier strikes.
4. Shipping Charges
A. For Retail Customers:
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499.
Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
B. For Wholesale/Bulk Buyers:
Shipping charges for bulk orders (sacks/cartons) are calculated based on actual weight and destination.
Logistics costs are typically “To Pay” (paid by the buyer upon delivery via transport service) or calculated at checkout, depending on the volume.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and Email containing the Tracking Number and the Courier Partner’s name (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC).
You can track your package directly on our website under the “Track Order” section or on the courier partner’s website.
6. Damaged or Open Packages
Do not accept any package if the seal is broken or the box looks tampered with.
If you accept a damaged package, please take a video while opening it and report it to us within 24 hours at contact.supixa@gmail.com so we can claim insurance from the courier partner.
7. Non-Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If our courier partner is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or unavailability:
The package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).
We will attempt to contact you to arrange a re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
