Thank you for shopping at Supixa. We take great pride in the quality of our Makhana and superfoods.
As our products are food items (perishable goods), we have a strict policy to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for food products once they have been delivered, strictly for “change of mind” or personal preference reasons.
We only offer replacements or refunds under the following specific circumstances:

Damaged/Compromised Packaging: The packet is torn, unsealed, or crushed at the time of delivery.

Wrong Item Delivered: You received a different product, grade, or flavor than what you ordered (e.g., received 4 Suta instead of 6 Suta).

Expired Product: The product received has passed its expiry date.

Quality Issues: In the rare event of visible fungus or pest infestation inside a sealed packet.
2. Timeframe for Reporting
You must report any issues to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
3. How to Request a Return/Refund
To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

Do not consume or discard the damaged product.

Take clear photos or videos of the product, the batch number/expiry date printed on the pack, and the outer shipping label.

4. Refund Process
Once our Quality Assurance team verifies your claim:

Approval: We will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval of your refund or replacement.

Resolution:

Replacement: We will ship a fresh packet to you at no extra cost.

Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Timeline:

Online Payments (UPI/Cards): Refunds usually reflect in your bank account within 5-7 business days.

Supixa Wallet/Store Credit: Refunds are credited within 24 hours.

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the status is still “Processing.”

After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Note for Wholesale (B2B) Customers
For bulk sacks (10kg+) and wholesale orders:

Goods once sold are final. Returns are only accepted for significant manufacturing defects or grade discrepancies (e.g., moisture content > agreed limit) verified at the time of unloading.

Any disputes must be raised strictly within 3 days of receipt.
